CareRecommended low light, fast growing plant. Can be floated or planted. If floated it makes a good cover for fry. Because of it's rapid growth it can be recommended for new tanks as a nutrient sponge and as an oxygenator.
Propagation by lateral shoots.
Can be summered in warmer climates in ponds.
***Special note***
This plant seems to be sensitive to Flourish Excel, to the point it "melts" completely off if given enough. It is also sensitive to bleach dips.
