CareEasy, slow growing plant. When planting do not place rhizome in the substrate. As with all Anubias sp. it is prone to algae due to slow growth, and is usually left alone by herbivorous fish. Can be told apart from other barteri varients by the red-brown color of new leaves.
Propagation by rhizome splitting.
