CareDue to it's potential size, it should only be kept in the biggest aquariums. Considered a marsh plant, it has a limited adaptation to the aquarium and has a long acclimation period, as much as several months.
Do not bury the rhizome in the substrate when planting. A. gracilis seems to do even better with the roots not being planted as well. You can attach to driftwood or rockwork. As with all Anubias sp. it is prone to algae due to slow growth, and is usually left alone by herbivorous fish.
Propagation by rhizome splitting.
